Laser Cutting
Our automated fiber-laser capabilities include the ability to cut a wide range of materials and thicknesses, and include nesting capabilities to maximize sheet usage and reduce costs.
Turret Punching
Our CNC-turret punching capabilities include the ability to punch parts up to 5’ x 10’, brush tables for minimal surface scratching, and auto-indexing.
Forming & Bending
We offer forming capabilities of up to 230 ton (10’ long parts), robotic press brake cells, a semi-automatic panel bender, and multiple CNC press brakes.
Welding
MIG and TIG welding with AWS certified welders. Robotic welding for larger production volumes.
Machining
We offer machining capabilities inclusive of milling, turning, and honing for both standalone parts and value-added components
Powder Coating and Finishing
In-house 400 foot automated powdercoating line with a 22” x 55” part opening and batch capability. We also offer other value-added finishes including plating, anodizing, e-coating, and galvanizing.
