We’re always looking to hire committed and talented team members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities acting as the vital link between customers and company operations, accurately inputting, managing, and tracking sales orders in a database. Responsibilities include verifying customer information, checking inventory, processing payments, and coordinating with departments to ensure prompt, accurate fulfillment.

• Order Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer purchase orders in the company database.
• Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone or email regarding order status, pricing, or product availability.
• Accuracy & Verification: Verify customer information, item numbers, pricing, and shipping details to ensure data integrity.
• Problem Solving: Address issues with unfulfilled orders, delays, or discrepancies in inventory.
• Coordination: Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping departments to expedite or trace shipments.
• Administrative Tasks: Prepare invoices, sales reports, and manage backorders.

Competencies:

• Proficiency in Technology: Strong data entry skills and experience with CRM or ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ProfitFab, Global Shop).
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in inputting data to prevent shipping or billing errors.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for customer interaction.
• Organization & Multitasking: Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred with prior customer service or administrative experience.

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Manufacturing experience, preferably in metal fabrication.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Work Environment: Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The warehouse is not temperature controlled and exposed to hot and cold temperatures. Eye protection and steel toe footwear are required.

Responsible setting up and running HAAS CNC milling machines to produce precision components.

• Loads appropriate metal onto machine.
• Monitoring machines for, and adjusting for, tool wear, material issues, or calibration problems.
• Alerts supervisor of nonconforming parts and other issues as needed.
• Inspect material for proper type, thickness and grade.
• Measure finished parts against drawings using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
• Follows all safety rules.
• Follows company’s ISO procedures, including quality process and policy.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting machines to ensure efficient, continuous operation.

Competencies
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure including whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and technical documents.
• Experience with machining equipment and precision measuring tools

Qualifications and Experience
• High school or GED required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience on HAAS CNC milling machines.

Work Environment
Inside a manufacturing plant & 0ccasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The warehouse is not temperature controlled and exposed to hot and cold temperatures. Eye protection and steel toe footwear are required.

• Reads and interprets engineered drawings.
• Setting up 3-axis to 5-axis mills using HAAS controls.
• Monitoring machines for, and adjusting for, tool wear, material issues, or calibration problems.
• Inspects material for proper type, thickness and grade.
• Measure finished parts against drawings using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
• Follows all safety rules.
• Follows company’s ISO procedures, including quality process and policy.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting machines to ensure efficient, continuous operation.
• Alerts quality department and supervisor of nonconforming parts and other issues as needed.

Competencies
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure including whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and technical documents.
• Experience with machining equipment and precision measuring tools.
• Understanding of CNC machine mechanics (HAAS), and G-code editing.

Qualifications and Experience
• High school or GED required.
• Minimum three years’ experience on HAAS Mills and HAAS Lathes
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
