Essential Duties & Responsibilities acting as the vital link between customers and company operations, accurately inputting, managing, and tracking sales orders in a database. Responsibilities include verifying customer information, checking inventory, processing payments, and coordinating with departments to ensure prompt, accurate fulfillment.

• Order Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer purchase orders in the company database.
• Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone or email regarding order status, pricing, or product availability.
• Accuracy & Verification: Verify customer information, item numbers, pricing, and shipping details to ensure data integrity.
• Problem Solving: Address issues with unfulfilled orders, delays, or discrepancies in inventory.
• Coordination: Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping departments to expedite or trace shipments.
• Administrative Tasks: Prepare invoices, sales reports, and manage backorders.

Competencies:

• Proficiency in Technology: Strong data entry skills and experience with CRM or ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ProfitFab, Global Shop).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities processes purchase orders, tracks incoming inventory, monitors supplier deliveries, and maintains accurate purchasing files to support daily supply chain operations.

• Order Processing: Prepare, verify, and route purchase orders.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent supply shortages.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to track shipments, expedite late deliveries, and resolve pricing or invoice discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive databases of price lists, contracts, and vendor information.
• Bid Comparisons: Analyze quotes and assist in comparing prices, delivery dates, and product quality to determine the best procurement options

Key Skills:

• Organization & Detail: Strong aptitude for managing files, data entry, and spotting errors in invoices or shipping documents.
• Communication: Ability to negotiate with vendors and coordinate with internal departments.

• Loads appropriate metal onto machine.
• Monitoring machines for, and adjusting for, tool wear, material issues, or calibration problems.
• Alerts supervisor of nonconforming parts and other issues as needed.
• Inspect material for proper type, thickness and grade.
• Measure finished parts against drawings using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
• Follows all safety rules.
• Follows company’s ISO procedures, including quality process and policy.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting machines to ensure efficient, continuous operation.

Competencies
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure including whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and technical documents.
• Experience with machining equipment and precision measuring tools

Qualifications and Experience
• High school or GED required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience on HAAS CNC milling machines.

• Reads and interprets blueprints.
• Compares job router to customer supplied print to verify part number, revision level and material type and grade.
• Inspects material for proper type, thickness and grade.
• Places parts into machine.
• Mills, taps, and drills parts are within customer specifications and monitors cut quality.
• Grinds parts as needed using hand tools.
• Uses calibers and other measuring devices to measure parts and tools.
• Unloads and palatizes all parts produced.
• Selects, inspects, changes and maintains all tooling.
• Sends tools out to sharpen as needed.
• Alerts quality department and supervisor of nonconforming parts and other issues as needed.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting machines to ensure efficient, continuous operation.
• Clocks jobs as they are completed.
• Follows all safety rules.
• Follows company’s ISO procedures, including quality process and policy.

Other Responsibilities & Duties
• Cross trains on other machines.
• Moves material using forklift and other material moving machinery.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Measure finished parts against drawings using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
• Follows all safety rules.
• Follows company’s ISO procedures, including quality process and policy.

• Selects, inspects, changes, maintains and logs all tooling.
• Monitors and adjusts programming to maximize material yield.
• Unloads, palatizes and labels all parts produced.
• Cleans, performs and documents general maintenance items on press brake machine.
• Alerts quality department and supervisor of nonconforming parts and other issues as needed.
• Clocks jobs as they are completed.
• Follows all safety rules.
• Follows company’s ISO procedures, including quality process and policy.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
• Crosstrain on other machines.
• Moves material using forklift and other material handling machinery.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Administrative Accounting Assistant supports the finance team by balancing basic bookkeeping with general office duties. The Assistant will assist both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable by managing vendor files, data entry, and handling clerical tasks.

• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including verifying and entering vendor invoices.
• Ensure accurate data entry into QuickBooks.
• Handle office correspondence, email routing, and mail distribution.
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring sensitive financial records remain confidential.

Competencies
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is preferred but not required.
• Organization: The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with vendors, clients, and internal staff.

Qualifications and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of prior experience in an administrative, accounting or bookkeeping role preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and credit check.
