Summary

Responsible for inspecting the quality of received and shipped products, following through on quality processes, maintaining quality related documentation, assisting in investigation of customer complaints, and escalating quality issues to supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·       Follows quality processes to inspect parts per policy, using different types of measuring tools to inspect parts to customer blueprint.

·       Conducts process audits at the direction of the Quality Manager.

·       Conducts random quality checks throughout the plant and departments.

·       Documents quality inspections.

·       Conducts in house gage calibrations, using Gage Pak software.

·       Assists in investigating quality issues with supervisor.

·       Documents First Article Inspection per customer requirements.

·       Assists in resolving quality issues in an ethical and efficient manner.

·       Follows ISO and QMS procedures, process criteria and monitoring.

·       Coordinates with shipping and receiving as needed.

·       Other duties as assigned.

This is a regular, full-time position from 7am to 4pm with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday.  We offer Medical/Dental/Vision, 4o1k, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays.
